Internship liability – included as standard

  • You damage someone's property

    You knock over a stranger's bicycle or accidentally break something in your shared flat. In Germany, you are personally liable for the full cost. Personal liability insurance covers property damage and personal injury caused to others – including during internships that are part of your studies.

  • You have an accident outdoors

Do I need personal liability insurance in Germany?

The personal liability component has no deductible. The baggage insurance has a deductible of €50 per claim. The accident and assistance components have no deductible.
